Just next to Kimana Gate, on the border of Amboseli National Park, you will find Sentrim Amboseli Camp, a mid- range tented camp located 230 kilometers south east of Nairobi via Emali road. The camp which enjoys fantastic views of the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro has 62 tents. 60 of them are deluxe tents divided into doubles, singles, twins, and triples while 2 of them are family tents. Each of the comfortable deluxe tents spreads out across the plains, and with a private view of the mountain.

Inside each tent, you will find the latest in luxury camping. There are soft beds and ensuite bathroom with a steaming hot shower. The bathroom also has a washbasin and flush toilets. A coffee & tea making facility, fridge, fan, hair drier and electronic safe deposit boxes are also found inside each tent.

Lying north west of Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli National Park covers 392 km sq. and forms part of the much larger 3,000 km sq. Amboseli ecosystem. Large concentrations of wildlife occur here in the dry season, making Amboseli a popular tourist destination.
