Maisha Sweetwaters camp opened in June 2024 and boasts of spacious luxurious tents, with some of them overlooking the Ol Pejeta Conservancy and Mt. Kenya, Africa’s second highest mountain.  Each tent at Maisha Sweetwaters Camp is well decorated and furnished with en suite facilities complete with flushing toilets, bathrooms with cold and hot showers, comfortable wooden beds with quality beddings, mosquito nets, free toiletries, complimentary purified drinking water, tea & coffee making facilities and much more.

The camp’s verandahs and terraces offer stunning views of the Mountain ranges and the camp’s beautiful surroundings. There is also a fire place where guests can relax in the evening enjoying drinks as they compare notes on the wildlife sightings of the day.

The camp has a restaurant that serves both international and African inspired cuisine. At Maisha Sweetwaters Camp, you will also find a well-stocked bar that sells a variety of wine, gin, whiskey, cocktails, spirits, local and international beer brands.

Maisha Sweetwaters Camp is located about 25 kilometers from Nanyuki town and 217 kilometers from Nairobi on a drive that takes about 3.5 hrs. One can also take a scheduled 50 minutes flight from Wilson Airport.
